One of the things I want to do on this blog is bring you some of the things I've found that are helping to make my life 'beautiful' (!), for this read positive, fulfilled, happy and healthy (with no doubt some retail therapy thrown in too).

I recently came across a fantastic idea at Graze.com.  This website will deliver to your desk a delicious box of fresh and dried fruit, nuts and seeds - a healthy snack to stop you reaching for the chocolate, which I do with alarming regularity.

My first box arrived on Tuesday and it was really yummy - large batons of juicy, fresh pineapple, a punnet of dried apricots, strawberries and macadamia nuts, and a little pot of roasted seed mix.  I felt very virtuous whilst munching away and would thoroughly recommend.
